I am on my second cleanse. I think I waited a total of 30 days, before starting again. I dont think there is an exact protocall to follow. Most people do the Cleanse 4X a year. I felt a bit like you. So far Im on day 3 of my second cleanse. And I feel fine. I don't see why you couldn't do it again. Just be careful and make sure that if you dont feel good or dont feel the same as the last time, that you quit. Remember this is only my opinion, and Im not a Dr. I would wait and see what other replies you get, after all I could be wrong about doing it again so soon.
