I totally agree. Day 2 I realized that there are so many food ads on TV. We are so conditioned to eat it comes from everywhere around us making this expereince a challenge at times.
Reading, going for walks, working out(lightly)relaxing music sleeping...helped me from thinking about the food.
It will be worth it. Day 14 of easing off I plan to celebrate with the healthiest meal in a really long time.
