Do you have parasites in your sinuses? The ears eyes sinuses are all connected. Ivermectin can cause the itchys, if its not helping then maybe try as much of matts protocol as you can afford. The piperazine isnt very expensive and seems to be working. I had the ringing in my ears for months, it was awful. It did finally go away when I left my sinuses and ears alone and no longer used any sinus meds. Maybe try some dry heat, (cold air opens the sinuses and ears), the opposite of cold worked for me, sitting in the hot sun and not using any nasal or ear products healed the ringing in my ears. I dont have an elaborate reason why this worked. But it did. Try to stay out of the cold. Sleep near a heater or get a small stand alone heater u can use while u sleep. Or if u are lucky enuf to have a fireplace it may be good to stay indoors away from the cold. Cold made the ringing worse. Heat healed.
