Collodial silver may help. U can put it in the eyes and nose. I would leave your ears alone for now. I wld even hesitate putting anything in my sinuses right now because of the tinutitis ear ringing.its kind of a catch 22, I had the same ordeal, the more things i put in my ears and sinuses to get the larve out the worse the ear ringing got. I got the major nest out but the ear ringing didnt stop until i stopped all ear and sinus treatments. And keeping the ears warm and covered (ear muffs, cotton in ears) helped tremendously.
