day 2 I couldnt control my food cravings and hunger so didnt fast day 2 but I walked
day 3 today I have started drinking juice whenever my stomach hurts IST 9:15am had juice at 6am and then 9am I'll check my weight on comming Monday and I am walking as much as I can and going to drink water as much as I can Gradually I will be able to ease myself into having more time interval between juices
Today in the afternoon I had lunch feeling bad about it
