I don't have any "intended meaning", other than the plain meaning of what I wrote.

I only have 8th grade education, and all my classmates knew that boron is not a heavy metal.

Moreover, it is in commercial fertilizer, because plants need boron as an essential trace element. I put it on all my shrubbery last summer, and they're loving what you call toxic.

So, as is often the case, you're wrong on multiple fronts, which is why you're at or near the top of the ignore list.
