External uses are less toxic. Dr. Clark recommends it for shampoo replacement and a few other things. But daily doses, no. It's toxic. It kills ants quickly but humans are bigger, so it will take more and longer. It kills any pathogen because it's a toxin, like mercury and lead and cadmium.
But if you want to use it, it's entirely your choice. I hope you'll let us know how it still helping at age 50 or so.
You could soak your feet in radioactive water to kill a foot fungus too. I'm surprised some cartel employee hasn't tried to sell that one here yet. Think of all the supplements/drugs they'd need to fix radiation poisoning.
