I find it all so interesting.
If I did 5:2 there would be no eating on the two. I don't understand the eating limited calories thing, seems way more beneficial to give the digestive tract a rest.
One concern I had with doing 2 days of fasting a week was that our bodies burn muscle until we reach ketosis on day 3ish... right? Wouldn't this end up eating up muscle each week?
