Does anyone here have any experience with intermittent fasting? I was thinking of making is a part of my life.
I would really appreciate some feed back. What worked for you? What were the results?
I've only tried eating during a 6-8 hour window each day. I liked it, but I question what would be more effective between that, 5:2 or eating only every other day.
I want to do it to keep the awesome benefits I had from my long fast.
Any advice or experience sharing would be very appreciated!
