It is to early for prevention doses, My immune system is fine, smelled peroxide, clorine, sinuses came back, body over reacts to things from time to time.

My immune system needs no restoration.

My body and brain are another story.
Worked all day,Painful, Brain and Body very slow.
Urine went dark. Circulation issues, toxin issues, muscle and brain function issues.

The body response, walking, stress standing, moving around, getting easier. Some GI tenderness while working

All and all, very humble experience


ALA and spirulina are useful for Brain healing, but I take nothing until I have finished the course of Ascaris meds.



My immune system works like it did before.

Normal I do not know. Certainly additional Elisa testing is required to stay parasite free.

I do not know what the future holds for me. I am in rehab, just moving and working is very stressful.


I feel free of the infection pain, but the rehab pain is just beginning.
