i have a no pain no gain mentality

after tapping once my leg started hurting again even though i have been taking oogles of vein herbs

this may be some good news as it also feels like it is moving and i have heard that if you can move it, you can move it out of the body

sometimes my leg muscles jump and it feels like like there is something alive in them making them do it

but the pain today was a very slow migrating movement kind of like a roll instead of a jumping movement Tweet
