potassium

Hey .. all little too far in time, but:
I believe what you experienced was a-stomach-equivalent ("relaxation" of the stomach as per Shelton /nausea) of what I experienced in my quads and back muscles (fatigue and cramping).
I believe it is a potassium deficiency. I got super hungry too and my symptoms were relieved by two apples and green juice. My appetite was sky rocketing for fresh food in the next 4-5 days.
If I am right, it may have been dangerous to continue the fast in any of our three cases.

Too bad I can't measure my potassium while fasting.

I believe the lowest at which True North will make break the fast is about 2.7 mmol/l.
