Black Specs in Stools?

Not sure if this can narrow down exactly what kind of parasite is inside me, but I forgot one important symptom..black specs in my stools. Happens almost every time I have a BM. On occasion I'll see what look like sesame seeds too, without having had any. But black specs are most prominent, and are usually very small. Maybe the size of a pinhead or a little bigger.
