I just wish I had a diagnosis. So I could know for 100% sure what is going on, what I'm attacking and trying to treat. AS of now, it could be whipworm, hookworm, strongyloides, toxocara, or filarial. Had 3 negative strongyloides tests, also 3 negative toxocara's..but I've read that there is only about a 40% chance of it showing up if your immune system is weak, my average white count is about 3100...way below the normal of 4000 to 10,000. So, I don't think the tests were accurate. My wife tested positive for toxocara but has no "active infection" according to the blood work. So, my guess is either toxocara or strongyloides. Sharkman is already helping me, he's been a great help.

Today taking a shower, I had to stop in the middle of toweling myself off because my muscles got so sore so fast and fatigue, I couldn't even finish drying my body.

It's hard. I feel like I'm not going to make it.

No help from doctors. No help from anyone aside from the people on here.
