So Am I getting this right?
So the idea here is to get "some" Omega 3 during the week, but not like the average advice to spoon up on the "Daily recommended dosage" ?
I mainly would like Omega 3 for the Nervous system effect, not the Vitamin D.

Earlier I wondered if the so called anti inflammatory effect of Omega 3 was due to immune suppressing, so I would avoid completely. A more balanced view perhaps is to get some rather then nothing, since it is a important nutrient.
The point with this post, was if there is other "routes" to accomplish good omega 3 ratio other than supplementing. Like the thought of Oxidized iron turning to rust, and supplementing Iron won't help, but turning rust back into iron(Black tea alchemy etc)?
Those Fish fingers better be made home made grandma style, rather than supermarket stuff, if that fish would have a chance to deliver some Omega 3s. lol (Perhaps the Custard have Omega 3s from Raw milk/Egg?)
