Killing bad "bugs" too, though. - and parasites, .. and mycoplasma/ intra- and extracellular.

Just for info: as a rule, the intestinal tract of a baby just before birth is sterile - no bacteria of any kind. So if the babies can make it, then we can make it too.

By eating raw foods, organic ones hopefully, and small quantities of probiotics if needed, you can use the advantages of fasting without fear of following dysbiosis. Quite the contrary - it will clean up tissue pathogens like nothing else can.
