Hey, just want to let you know that your symptoms sound a little bit like my spouses. After 3 days on the cleanse he can know breath clearly, without stopping several time in the night and no more snoring which is a miracle as he used to pull the roof down on us at night. Has has been off the cleanse after 20 days for 1 week, still doing great. Did not go back to sugar, enriched wheat or dairy products other than eggs. After many years I finally have been getting a full nights sleep but most importantly..............so has he.
