I had calculated in my case that my fat reserves can carry me through about 30 days at 26% body fat. I feel at least two weeks is perfectly fine for you even now. You may then continue with re-feed which can be called "juice fasting" at some point - and then juice feasting, i.e. without restricting the quantity later on.
You may need to have fatty raw food to build some mass. Cultured nuts/coconut inclusively.
