I am currently on Day 3 of a water fast.
1) I am able to stay at home, but I do pace around a lot. I worry that this consumption of energy detracts from the desired autolysis. Same goes for watching the computer screen all day (which may be enervating).
2) I recall the discussion before how one should NOT put baking soda in their water to make it more alkaline during a fast. But if boiling water achieves the same higher pH, that seems to be an acceptable approach, since it is only a heating and cooling of water. No?
3) I worry about the level of muscle loss happening. I did not gain back any weight from my prior two fasts, and continue to be 30
pounds lighter than I was before the first fast. The deep yellow urine makes me think all muscle is being destroyed...
4) Upon refeeding, if one stays raw vegan for the most part, how long does the detox continue?
