Body fat is under 10% now (and was barely 10% even before the first fast).
BMI is less applicable in my case as a quadratic equation put into a linear scale does not work for tall people. At 6'4", my BMI is now 22, but that is very thin. I looked ideal at a BMI of 26, since taller people have a higher average BMI for optimal weight.
I wonder if a juice-fast is better than a water-fast, in my case..
