Hey thanks so much, I'm so excited!!!
I'm on day 10 and I've lost another pound since my fast ended! I was sure I would be gaining...
I was 165 when I started, I'm usually around 155, but my weight had recently shot up after a late miscarriage...
I went down to 130 on my fast, now I'm 129. I have not weighed this little since I was in elementary school.
I'll give you a run down of my post fast diet,
I eat an apple for breakfast, then a salad or salad wraps for lunch, with half an avocado. Lots of kale and spinach, tomatoes onion, fresh herbs... Mung bean sprouts... I try to stay below 5 ingredients.
Then I may have another piece of fruit for a snack, or some cut up veg... Yesterday I added a small amount of cashews as a snack... And for dinner I have been eating another big salad, with another half an avocado, and maybe a bit extra in my salad dressing,.. Nothing to eat after 7 pm. I'm not sure how many lbs, my salads are medium size. They would fit in a larger cereal bowl.
Last night I had some sautéed mushrooms and pesto on my salad, it was incredibly delicious but it did not sit well, so today I will go back to no oil or salt and no cooked food. I just notice I'm really craving salt. (Pink Himalayan

I have been doing way more veg than fruit. I have always preferred vegetables.
I started coconut water kefir as well.
Ps I had several bm's last night after taking a big dose of magnesium. Thanks for the info on that!!!
I hope that helps. My quantities have been very slowly growing. Salads getting a little bigger each day.
Your diet sounds really good! Could your body is normalizing at your healthy weight? Aren't avocados the best! So yummy.
