Discernment test: Real or Fake?

I overwhelmingly believe it's real, largely because i pray for people in a similar way and have experienced the same kind of instant miracle results many hundreds of times only normally on the first try ;)... but sometimes more than once is required just as in this instance. How exactly it all works and why it sometimes requires more than one prayer i don't know for sure, but remember that Lord Jesus said, "in my name those who believe will heal the sick (including physical pain) and cast out demons" and that He instructed His followers to do these things. I do believe there is a battle going on and that some battles are more challenging than others. I also believe through a lot of experience that some ailments are more likely to get healed than others and i do believe it's related to level of gifting and/or areas of gifting the Lord has given.

If you believe it's fake, will you be so kind as to please explain why?
