A product called Herbal Fiberblend was a great help to me with this problem. I've lived in South America for several decades, frequently in jungle areas eating with people with little personal hygiene, and parasites are a common problem in those situations. Hopefully what I've learned along the way will be useful to you.
The HFB is a three month long treatment and gradually really debilitates the worms without debilitating you. Near the end of the three months I would take mebendazole in its usual dose. Albendazole didn't exist, but is more effective.
Our good Colombian doctors have always prescribed these meds in a certain, important way. The worms go through a lung phase, which can seem like asthma or an infection. Most of the meds won't reach them when the larvae are passing through the lungs. So whatever you take, mebendazole, albendazole, pyrantel, quantrel..should be repeated 2 weeks later, to nail the worms that were in the lungs and have settled into the intestine. This time frame is very important as you need to kill them before they start reproducing. This info from wise doctors in the tropics.
it's good to add in garlic, starting before the actual HFB treatment, and continuing on through it.
