Well, I am a bit crazy when it comes to lemons and limes, I always buy organic and splash fresh juice on almost everything I eat, except sweet deserts, I just had my raw almond pulp and cocoa balls with cocnut on it. To me and my family lemons are just a super food.

I am sorry to hear about your mom and lack of her understanding. I have said in many of my posts, "I am and everything is". Sadhguru has said this in his own words, we cannot change anything and things change around us including our body and mind every second, we are just able to see the change. You have accepted what your mom was able to give you and what were her limits and capabilities. It is a happy way to be.

Yes, I am lucky to have had parents who believed in "we eat to live and not live to eat". They were not so much of Ayurveda believers, but possessed this unbelievable knowledge of home remedies. But they could never explain to us why this remedy works and how. We had to do certain things every month, castor oil purge, castor oil in our ears, fasting, eat macrobiotically, do not eat foods from vendors, take turmeric everyday, etc. I can write a book on this.

Thank you for posting the dog videos. It made me laugh and cry as well. I thought of my dog, Emmy, she was such a great part our family.
