You and I have communicated before. So I no a bit about you. I think you are inspiring a lot of people. Not everyone writes back to tell you.

BTW, not to worry about grammar, most readers read through to get the message. I am sure English is not your first language. I make so many errors.

Most of your suggestions I follow anyway. Being a raw vegan I will not eat certain foods even if it makes my mind feel good.

I have red both the books you suggested, many times over.
