I am glad you think that fasting only is not going to fix your eating habits. I am also glad that you chose to eat right gradually and build slowly.

This is a good post for many fasters who fail to follow a good diet after they fast.

Perhaps you should post this also on raw vegan/vegetarian forum as well.
