I agree with the raw, unprocessed food ( juicing is a big help ). The point is to eat the right stuff and while it is not always cheap, it is affordable.
Nothing wrong with cheap, provided it works as good as the more expensive stuff.
Home made wheat grass juice and broccoli sprout juice are exceptional but neither is what I would consider cheap.
Also, when taking iodine, use the foot painting method with Lugol's. I have posted about it before.
