.69 TSH, what does that mean?

I for the life of me just can't understand hypo vs hper thyroidism. About 3 years ago my TSH level was .69 according to a test done. The doctor never mentioned it was a problem and I was seeing him because I was severely constipated and low energy. I started taking Iodine about a year later and I've noticed that I am not as constipated and I'm not cold anymore. However, I know I'm still not as healthy as I could be. I also recently had a baby so couldn't do any major detox. I am going to do a parasite cleanse and Liver Flush soon but am worried I might still have thyroid problems but don't know where to start to even find out :(
