Cannabis or hemp oil ingestion for parasites or mold? Does it work?

Anyone know if cannabis oil or hemp oil, or eating cannabis, helps with parasites and/or mold detox? Umm, not smoking, obviously smoking anything is an invitation to foreign organisms.
