Re: Cannabis or hemp oil ingestion for parasites or mold? Does it work?
Hemp oil (not marijuana oil - you can buy at Whole Foods or other retailers) has anti resistance factors that can work with other anti-microbials. By itself it did very little however combined with other things worked better than without it.
I take a good shot of it (1 to 2 oz).
Resistance:
Resistance is a growing problem and is not discussed on these forums and is a major factor that should not be ignored. Goldenseal leaf (not root) is another powerful fighter against resistance. Both the hemp oil and the goldenseal leaf made the biggest difference versus taking the common anti-microbials that were suggested.
Biofilm:
The biofilm is the other consideration. If organisms are locked in the biofilm then it is difficult to kill the pathogens. I would suggest reading about Lactoferrin and Lactoferrin combined with Xylitol.
Sensitivity:
Sensitivity is a medical term that explains of how an organism responds to an anti microbial which works for natural substances as well. Most people are guessing what they are carrying and tend to make treatment choices for their guesses, which is logical. There are different classes or organisms that can cause problems and for each class there are different approaches.
So sensitivity says that substance X may kill pathogen B & A but not M. However substance Q may kill pathogen M just fine.
Sensitivity Time Frames:
There is a window where sensitivity starts and ends and this is important in both time savings and frustration. Usually there is a 7-10 day window where the correct substance will begin killing the pathogen and you can observe the effect. If you do not notice change then the pathogen does not have sensitivity to the substance so you have to look elsewhere for another treatment.
If there are noticeable changes within the 7-10 day window and the symptoms reverse then this is a sign of resistance taking place. If you are using the hemp and/or goldenseal leaf then resistance will be lessened.
