I am glad to hear that you are in good spirits. Sometimes body does not eliminate waste and figures out to store it away in a form of cyst or a tumor? Such is my case too. I still cannot figure out what elimination channel is not working, the kidneys, lungs, skin, colon, or liver. Liver is the only one I always thought was a bit week after so many years of eating junk foods.

I think you have a good plan. Fortunately, all doctors I saw so far in my life have all concluded to leave my cyst the way it is and not remove it. My desire is to fast to completion and re-feed and fast again to make sure it does not return.
