The reason why you feel terrible AFTER taking the fenbendazole is because you killed so many parasites with it you are having a Herxheimer reaction. Your body is processing all the dead parasites. You'll feel better in a couple of days.
It sucks! I was fortunate in that I knew what a Herxheimer reaction was before I had one. I spent 3 days in bed with my first one. Try not to cause one again. The reaction is very hard on the internal organs.

You are unlikely to have killed them all off with one 3 day dose. A poster known as mattk3 has a good protocol to follow to get rid of parasites. There is also a poster known as ICU. Either one gives good guidance about how to proceed.
