Re: How to increase GABA

That is really interesting. I did read that it does not pass the blood brain barrier very well but when I took it my psoas muscle pain stopped immediately. So I don't know that it has to go to the brain to stop the pain.

The other thing could be that my blood brain barrier is damaged. I have lost all the discs in my thoracic spine. Not repaired. It only makes sense that my spinal canal is damaged in that area.
So maybe the Gaba is getting into the brain this way? I'm not a DX. Just using logic with what little I know. I read the x-ray. Thor 10 and 11 are off center to each other and rubbing.
