The longest I've successfully followed my regimen was a month. And after that I had to eat crap a couple of times before my BO returned.
Unfortunately, I always cave in and that is my problem (consistency is the most difficult part for everyone I guess). On Thursday, for example, I had fries and the next day I noticed the usual reactions at work.
If I follow this regimen for a week, I get my BO pretty much under control.
