I do a couple things:
- I work in a small engineering lab and I use that as an indicator. I used to stink up the entire lab (I still do when I eat crap, but way less than before).
- I have a long commute to work so when I get to my destination I smell the inside of my car (I get out of the car, breath, get back in and smell).
- I watch my coworkers' reactions when I interact with them (not a good idea though)
- I used to ask my girlfriend (back in the days when she was living with me)
- After a work out, I smell less than before (back in the days, my shirt would literally smell like sh*t)
- My digestion is a good indicator too.
Also, I get less reactions when I go to the grocery store, to a restaurant etc.
