Until you remove that which is causing the adrenal exhaustion then you are wasting your money on pills. What causes adrenal fatigue? Over exposure to allergens (foods/chemicals that your immune system reacts to) is the most common cause. People don't get adrenal fatigue because they aren't taking adrenal supplements and so they can't cure it by taking them.
