Licorice, ashwagandha, rhodiola, nettles for the adrenals, but there is no guarantee it will work.

It's a foregone conclusion your adrenals are fried which is why I said salt - it will be as good or better than the herbs. Why? because feeding the glands basic nutrients is always better as that's what they want. After you feed them as best you can, then you hit the herbs to pick up slack.

Hair test definitely will help target minerals. DD is cheaper, it's probably good, but I'm not sure about the washing thing.

When you see toxic metals flatline at zero it means you are not excreting them at all which is worse than too high - you will most likely see this in your test results.

Oregano is one of those few herbs that throws of flora, but it also kills worms, so you have to decide on the cost/benefit ratio.

Parafree oil looks really good - you can empty a few of those capsules into an enema.

Whole ground clove is also good, you can take a very large dose of it with no side effects other than it tasting like hell. Fresh herbs are always better than anything storebought as the oils oxidize very fast.

Add in pineapple juice and papaya seeds - both fresh. And some fermented foods or cooked onions for flora restoration.

Supplement with all of the alkaline minerals (sodium being the most important) - no oxide forms, use glycinate, citrate, malate, or orotate.
