Started first protocol

Started mattk3's protocol last week and am looking for some input...
My parasites are scattered every where, mainly in the legs. Very few to none are left in the gi tract
I am wondering if any one has experience killing scattered parasites with rx drugs, and how long it took you.
I can't wait to get rid of these things. Just worried the drugs won't reach the lower legs.
Any advice/feedback? Thanks!
