My experience may be useful in your situation.

I have/had external parasites that went deep into the tissues. I got rid of them everywhere except my feet.

The internal treatments just didn't seem to get to the lower extremities.

My solution was to buy an infrared heat lamp. I bought a vintage one online.

I beamed it onto my feet for an hour every night while watching TV.

I believe this is the best way to get the oral treatments to the lower extremities.

Infared heat lamps are said to send the heat deep inside the tissues for inches and this would increase the blood supply which carries the treatment. It also think it would have to distort and damage any eggs there. I place it so that it almost hurts.

Soaking in hot water and using a blow heater did not seem to do anything.
