Though I also shared that theory of Lithium orotate, as it would certainly help with the emotional detox that comes with Iodine. I take very little that is naturally found in water, and break open the 5 mg capsule for half or less of a dosage.
I stopped recently as I don't want to tax my kidneys anymore than they are working now detoxing many heavy metals, and other bad things with Iodine. They feel sore a lot, and I need to increase my celtic Sea Salt intake as trapper said.
I am pretty much trying to ride through the storm right now, hope these months go by faster. Winter will be kind of hard this season, but I'm used to hard winters.
