Re: Faster Metabolism from Iodine
requoting myself
Lithium in anything but trace amounts*
No arguments with you.
I stand by trace amounts. Agreed it is necessary, along with a few hundred other trace elements. This is reminding me of the selenium debacle where I showed evidence that zinc could actually be more important for t3 synthesis.
Somewhere about 15 years ago I stopped trying to game the body according to whatever new research comes along. Earth's intelligence goes back a few billion years, and before that we have no idea when, what, or where this intelligence is. So I read your information with interest and respect but at the same time whenever I hear statements like the one you made all I have to do is think about the number 4 billion and then things always seem more clear to me.
But, I will take some lithium in higher than trace amounts just to verify. I took some low doses about 20+ years ago so the feeling has registered in my nervous system and there has been no desire to take it again.
If you're serious about charging then go for it but cz isn't the place because people here are all cheapskates. I know a bunch of people who make more per hour than new york lawyers doling out esoteric bits. These people do not impress me in the slightest.
Some of the particular ways people wire themselves do wind up being clever and beneficial, but my feeling is that it is an extremely individual process - especially when your baseline is taking higher doses of iodine. I would almost say that ANYthing that puts the brakes on the hyperoxidative state will feel like alchemy - but only in that particular situation.
As I have posted previously there are many roads to the high oxidative metabolic state. I was watching people finish a marathon last year (not in the U S of A) and noticed what great shape they were all in. It was an unneeded confirmation that supplemental
Iodine is not necessary to reach top physical form.
IP6 was unimpressive last time I tried it.
It's real good for iron toxic people though, but is it even better than zinc for this purpose, I doubt it.
GLA isn't part of my world since I don't do vegetable oil. There are much better ways to deal with cancer than poisoning yourself with some vegetable oil and then speeding up the detoxification rate with iodine.
Also better to not get cancer in the first place, namely by:
not eating vegetable oils other than coconut.
