well you had to get up off the couch and turn a knob.

not saying it is right....

but it was a police chief in some city saying...

one of the reasons for the rise in the homicide rate here is........ well instant media and all the attention the small amount of white cops killing black suspects gets.

There are 3-4 highly publicized cases a year.
people with cell phone cameras capturing this or that.
internet sites talking about this or that.

and according to his theory......
it has made cops 'gun-shy'.
for lack of a better expression.

not saying that is true.

but politics has changed.
if this technology existed in the past.....
well most of the higher up politicians would have had a hard time getting or staying elected.

Romney took it on the chin for a comment that was recorded at a private fundraiser.
