Re: Kefir is bad bacteria?

So lets have a look at the claims in this article:
1) Claim: "Kefir is full of Staph and other disease causing bacteria....". A person who ingests any form of illness causing bacteria would be terribly sick, would you not expect?
Answer: I and my family have taken kefir for the past 2 years, we have all had improved health no one has had any bacterial infections. Staph infections are serious and we would sure know if we had one.
No one has had increased mucus, phleghm, coughs colds. In fact the truth is no one has had colds etc!
My sister is obese and has many digestive problems, since taking kefir she has lost weight, not having bloating and other digestive problems.
2) Claim: "Bad Body Odor since taking kefir.."Absolute nonsense to relate Body Odor to kefir. Perhaps you should look at other things like the amount of water you drink, the deodorants you use, the foods you eat.

The amount of misleading information on Google is incredible,a negative to every sinlge aspect of a food or life can be found if one really wants to find one!!
