Just wondering, did you find you could get good EFT results by tapping on a large-scale issue, like "panic" or "depression" etc., without getting into details? Can you at least get a start on recovery by doing this?
Have you noticed your mind/spirit ever hanging on to a problem in spite of tapping? What then?
