Thanks for the tip...I read your article and then looked up muscle testing online to find some visual aids. Very interesting.

Just wondering, did you find you could get good EFT results by tapping on a large-scale issue, like "panic" or "depression" etc., without getting into details? Can you at least get a start on recovery by doing this?

Have you noticed your mind/spirit ever hanging on to a problem in spite of tapping? What then?
