Need help with some worm/parasite treatments

Hi everyone. I think i finally know what parasite i have. It is the strongyloid stercoralis!! I looked at google images in this is what i have been seeing. Anyways, can anyone help me with some remidies to kill these things?

My symptoms aren't bad either, just tickling around my anus when i pass gas, everytime i pass gas they come out and when i wipe there on rhe toilet paper and not moving. I have not once seen them move and i get them everytime i pass gas or do a number 2. They look like hair too. Their size are from 5mm to about 2cm sometimes. But they mostly come out around 1cm long.

I live in Australia so i cant get some treatments like people in usa. But im open to any ideas to kill these things.

Also could strongyloid stercoralis travel under skin or be underneath skin or in muscle tissue?
