Strongyloides are very difficult to see. What you are seeing is not S. Stercoralis. The female, which is the largest, is at most 2.5 mm (.1 inch).

You may be seeing pinworms (Enterobius). The males are 2-5 mm long. The males die after mating and are passed in the stool.

Be very happy you don't have strongyloides!
