Re: Red Oily Nose

The nose and the tongue are the perfect way to see what is going on with the liver.

The thrush at the back of the tongue is back of the tongue is yes, candidiasis. Especially white thrush.

Oil-pulling with cold-pressed oils (best to start with is coldpressed olive oil, also known as extra virgin olive oil) can help get some of that infection out.

Yes, symptoms on the nose and tongue mean that an improved diet, bowel & parasite cleansing, and Liver Flushing (in that order) are needed.

Many people here (myself included) have seen the best improvements in their health by sticking to a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables. In terms of nutrients, a lot of minerals from raw fruits and veg are needed in order to be able to break down fats and protiens.

A red and oily nose suggests to me you are having trouble processing oil in the liver. A good herbal tea to help is chickory root. It supplies choline, which is the prime ingredient in bile, which processes fats and oils from your food.
