Red Oily Nose

Hello, this is my first message, and i need help to understand whats going on. For about six years i have oily and red nose, rest of face skin is normal, also nose skin feels rough. My opinion is somehow connected with intestinals, because often im bloated and my back of my tongue is white, cold limbs, besides these things im healthy athletic male. Could it be seb derm?candida?(doubtful). Im looking forward any help, thanks:) Tweet
