Few questions about wormwood, cloves and black ealnut tincture

First of all, will this combo kill parasites in my head? And if they do will parasites just rot in my head or do i need to take some medicine that will slice them so they will get out of my heaf or what? I dont want parasites to stay in my head when they are dead. Also, how much should i take this tincture per day? I am planning to buy this tincture size of 1 fl oz, should it be enough?
