The stuff that slices them is called Diatomaceous Earth, that works only in the intestines.

I would try heavy doses of raw garlic.
Like a whole bulb every day.

The body will cleanse out dead worms, yes enzymes is a good idea like the other poster says.

The Wormwood , cloves and Black-Walnut stuff takes you only so far. I would buy lightly ozonated olive oil and take that twice a day.
